ONE DAY EMBODYING THE GOAL WORKSHOP
If some goals you set are never completed, then this workshop is for you—no horse experience necessary!
This one-day small group workshop will provide time, space and exercises to help you learn how to embody your goals to enable the greatest chance of successful completion.
It will take you through the psychology of habits, including the necessary steps to put in place to ensure your brain will not sabotage the planned changes. There will be two breath awareness sessions to help you embody success and exercises with the horses to help you further embody the emotions and feelings you need you to positively and confidently achieve your goals.
Cost: $250 includes a light lunch
Location: Albany, WA
Places Limited: 6 people only
I use horses for some exercises because they are very sensitive to subtle shifts in both their environment and people. Their ability to read energy, body language and intention enables them to hold an honest mirror to us, so we see ourselves more fully. This provides us with a unique opportunity for frank feedback in a non-threatening, non-judgmental way, thus we can be more receptive and more aware - which in turn helps build positive relationships with self and others and to see and feel what is necessary to bring about the changes we desire.
Facilitator: Louise Hillman

Individuals who are interested in experiencing how Breath Awareness techniques can align us with our body, bypassing the busy mind for better results
